Sauté on a high flame for 2 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup carrot juliennes.

Add 2 tsp soy sauce.

Add 2½ cup of water.

Add salt to taste. We added 1/4 tsp salt.

Add freshly ground black pepper. We added 1/8th tsp pepper.

Mix well.

Cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Pour healthy spinach mushroom carrot clear soup into a serving bowl.
