For the red chilli sauce- Combine all the ingredients except the tomato sauce in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add the tomato sauce and mix well. Keep aside.
For the schezuan sauce- Heat the oil, add one by one all the ingredients and mix well.
- Cook on a slow flame for 5-7 minutes. Remove from the flame keep aside.
How to proceed- Heat a pan add the prepared schezuan sauce and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the paneer, salt if required cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water, mix well and simmer till the water is completely dried up.
- Serve hot garnished with green onions.
