However these are loaded with cheese, butter and refined products which indirectly raise blood cholesterol levels. Aware of the fact that these are termed as ‘junk foods’, we are yet tempted to please our taste buds with these delicacies. To keep your blood cholesterol in check it is highly recommended that you make these delicacies in your own kitchen with the modifications as suggested by us in the recipes of this section.
