Rajgira ki kadhi is made from 1/4 cup rajgira (amaranth) flour, 1 1/2 cups curd (dahi), 2 tbsp sugar, rock salt (sendha namak) to taste, 2 tsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera), 1 tsp grated ginger (adrak) and 3 sliced green chillies. See below image of list of ingredients for rajgira ki kadhi.

Rajgira flour is made from the seeds of the amaranth plant. There are many members of the amaranth family, of which some are grown primarily for the seed. Actually, the tiny seeds are botanically fruits and not seeds! The Rajgira-grain flour is ideal for gluten-free diets as well as fasting foods. this is how it looks.

In a deep bowl, add 1 1/2 cups curd (dahi).

Add 1/4 cup rajgira (amaranth) flour.
