For paneer kheer
 

  1. To make paneer kheer recipe,heat ghee in a small non-stick pan, add the mixed nuts and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Keep aside.

  2. Add the milk in a non-stick pan and bring to boil on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes.

  3. Add saffron and sugar, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

  4. Add the grated paneer, sauteed nuts and cardamom powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.

  5. Serve the paneer kheer hot or chilled garnished with almonds, pistachios and saffron strands.
