Melon and Papaya Balls In Honey and Ginger Dressing

A sweet chilled salad for hot summer days.
Method- While scooping out the fruits, put the balls in ice-cold water. After 10 minutes, drain thoroughly.
- Arrange all the balls carefully in a bowl in such a way that they do not get mashed.
- Pour the dressing evenly over the bowl.
- Put in the refrigerator.
- Serve cold, garnished with a sprig of mint in the centre.
