This can be stored in fridge for 3 months. It can be mixed with milk as milkshake or mixed with water for juice drink.
Method- In a deep pan, combine the sugar with 500 ml water and boil for 20 minutes.
- Add the citric acid crystals, mix well and boil for more 5 minutes.
- Add the mango pulp, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
- Cool and store in a clean air-tight container and use as required.
- Store refrigerated.
