  1. Combine the milk, ¼ cup of water, curds, mangoes, apples, sugar and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with an apple wedge on the rim of each glass.

I tried this smoothie the same day when i saw it. The combination of Mangoes and apple gives it an awesome taste. Also the use of curd in this smoothie gives a very smooth texture and also a hint of sourness in while sipping. All in all my family loved this smoothie very much and now instead of the regular mango shake i am going to prepare this smoothie.

Thank you very much for this recipe. My friend?s daughter hates milk & it is a task making her drink milk , even milk shakes are quite a challenge. She would be spending a day with me & believe it I was successful feeding her ?Mango Apple Smoothie?. She not only liked it but asked my friend to note down the recipe.
