For eggless crinkle cookies- To make eggless crinkle cookies, in a small bowl, combine flax seeds powder and 3 tbsp of water, mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- In a deep bowl, add olive oil, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
- Add the flax seed-water mixture and whisk well.
- Sieve plain flour, baking powder and salt in the same bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Scoop out equal portions of the cookie dough and roll the balls in the icing sugar.
- Place them on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Keep distance between each cookie.
- Bake the cookies in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool and serve eggless crinkle cookies immediately or store in an air-tight container.

Eggless choclate crinkle cookies is made using easily available ingredients in India: 1 tbsp flaxseeds powder, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ½ cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ½ cup plain flour, ½ tsp baking powder, A pinch of salt and ½ cup Icing sugar for rolling.
