I tried the recipe and it turned out to be good. Just that my bread didn''t become all soft, it was a bit chewy. So what can I do?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, If the rolls are not proved well it will become chewy after it has been baked.

Yes I tried this recipe and it went very well. But there is some issue with the quantities. In original recipe (6 rolls) quantity of flour is 11/2 cups , but when I try to get it for 8 rolls it says 1 cup flour. Please look into this.

Can I keep the dough overnight in the fridge and then bake it next morning. Will the outcome be still good?
      | Hide Replies
Tarla Dalal    Hi Bhwna, you will have to bake the Dinner rolls after the dough is done as per the recipe. Since the dough contains yeast it cannot be stored for long hours.
