Cucumber Cooler , Muskmelon and Cucumber Juice

Hopper method- Add the muskmelon cubes and cucumber cubes a few at a time in the hopper.
- Add the lemon juice, mint leaves and salt and mix well.
- Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
- Serve immediately.
Juicer method- Combine the muskmelon cubes and cucumber cubes along with ¼ cup of water and blend in a juicer till smooth.
- Strain the juice using a strainer.
- Add the lemon juice, mint leaves and salt and mix well.
- Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
- Serve immediately.
Handy tip:- This recipe makes use of unpeeled fruits and vegetables, hence take care to clean and wash them well before chopping, to get rid of dirt, germs and chemical residues.
