  1. To make creamy vegetable toast sandwich, divide the filling into 4 equal portions. Keep aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle), put ½ tbsp of butter and 1 tsp of sesame seeds and cook for a few seconds.
  3. Place 2 bread slices on it and cook till both the sides are light brown in colour from one side.
  4. Place a portion of the prepared filling on 1 toasted bread slice, cover it with another toasted bread slice and cook for a few seconds or till the sandwich turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to make 3 more sandwiches.
  6. Serve the creamy vegetable toast sandwich hot.

Very nice and creamy healthy sandwich. Kids just loved the taste and want to take it over and over again to school. The creaminess of yogurt and crunchiness of vegetables is just perfect. Sesame seeds on the top makes it even more healthier and good way of calcium intake for kids too.
