Ingredients

Method
  1. Cut a bagel horizontally into two using a sharp bread knife.
  2. Apply 1 tbsp of cream cheese on both the sides of each half of the bagel and spread it evenly.
  3. Place 5 tomato slices on the lower cream cheese halve , top it with ½ tbsp of basil and sprinkle little salt and pepper evenly over it.
  4. Sandwich it with the other half of the bagel with the cream cheese side facing downwards and press it lightly.
  5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to make 1 more sandwich.
  6. Serve immediately.
