When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida, curry leaves and ginger and sauté on medium flame for a few seconds. Add the onion slices and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till they are lightly brown in colour. Add the bread mixture and sauté on a slow flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till the bread turns light brown in colour, while stirring occasionally. Serve hot garnished with coriander.

Do v have to cover all the bread cubes one by one in the curd mixture n then add it all together in the oil ? Won''t the bread pieces get soggy if v soak it in curd n later add it in the oil?
