For Carrot and Spinach Soup
1 1/2 cups peeled and roughly chopped carrot
1/2 cup shredded spinach (palak)
1/2 cup peeled and roughly chopped potatoes
1/2 cup roughly chopped onion
2 tsp butter

carrot and spinach soup.. great combination of the vegetables.. the colour of the soup is so appetising.. there is a slight sweetness to the soup because of the carrots.. which gives a balanced taste to the soup.. and creaminess of the potato gives a woow feeling on every sip.. hot soup in rainy weather with garlic bread.. enjoyed the best.
