To make cabbage capsicum sabzi, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds. When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida, turmeric powder, green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add the cabbage, capsicum and salt, 1 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
