Main Ingredients
1 cup boiled peeled and chopped beetroot
1 cup pineapple cubes
1 cup boiled potato cubes
salt and to taste
Method
- Combine the beetroot, pineapple, potatoes, little salt and pepper in a deep bowl and mix gently.
- Add the salad cream and toss gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve chilled.

Creamy salad.. with a sweet and sour taste of the pineapple which gives a nice taste to the salad.. enjoyed it chilled..
