It is advisable to use fresh sweet corn kernels and not the canned sweet corn while making tasty butter corn. Also add the lemon juice only after switching off the flame, so that it leaves a pleasant sour taste. You can also add chilli powder if you like slightly spicy buttered corn.

For Buttered Sweet Corn
2 1/2 tbsp butter
3 cups sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
salt to taste
3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan.
  2. Add the corn, salt and pepper and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Switch off the flame, add the lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately.

I have purchased frozen sweet corn. So I need to steam it in pressure cooker ? Regards
