  1. To make tulsi water, combine the hot water and tulsi in a deep bowl and mix well. Cover with a lid and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Serve the tulsi water warm or cool and serve.

To make Tulsi Water

 

    1. To make the Tulsi water, first the most important ingredient is Tulsi, it has a lot of health benefits

    2. This is how Tulsi looks.

    3. Remove the leaves from the stems.

    4. Place them in water for atleast 2 minutes to remove excess mud or dust.

    5. Strain it using a strainer.

    6. Heat 2 cups of water in a saucepan.

    7. Add the tulsi leaves

    8. Mix Tulsi water (Holy Basil Water) well using a spoon.

can i drink as (lemon 15-20 basil leave sugar black peeper4-6 Cardamum 4-5) making boil about 10-15 minutes and lastly Strain andSERVE HOT WILL IT BENEFIT MY HEALTH
