For the health conscious..... a light and calcium bound dish.
Main Procedure- Heat the oil in a wok or a frying pan, add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry over a high flame for a few seconds.
- Add the soya sauce and asparagus and mix together and toss well.
- Add the cornflour paste, sugar, salt and sesame seeds and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, till the cornflour coats the asparagus.
- Serve immediately.
