Main Ingredients
2 cups black grapes
1 cup chilled low fat milk
1 cup chilled low fat curds (dahi)
4 tsp sugar
Method
- Combine the black grapes, milk, curds and sugar in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the lassi into 4 individual glasses.
- Serve chilled.

A must try recipe when black grapes are season... I tried the same with strawberries and it tasted awesome too.

Worth trying when black grapes are in season... The consistency is perfect and so is the balance of flavours as I don''t like drinks which are too sweet.
