Ingredients
Main Ingredients
3 cups cooked macaroni
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 cup capsicum ( red capscium cubes ,
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp dried oregano
salt to taste
For The Garnish
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
For Serving
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the pesto sauce, fresh cream, milk, chilli flakes, oregano and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add the macaroni, toss well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with cheese and serve immediately with garlic bread.

Wow! It tastes so awesome. The basil-walnut sauce gives a refreshing taste to the pasta. Not White.. Not Red.. It's green!

Nice and colourful this pasta delicacy was loved by one and all in my family. Just that the recipe has too much of fresh cream, so should be enjoyed occasionally.
