For eggless pancakes- To make eggless pancakes, in a deep bowl, add milk, vinegar and whisk well.
- Add melted butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract and whisk well.
- Add the plain flour, baking powder and baking soda and whisk it gently.
- Heat a non-stick pan, grease with little butter and wipe it off with a kitchen roll or a muslin cloth.
- Pour a ladle full of pancake batter to make 100 mm. (4”) diameter round pancake.
- Cook on slow flame for a minute until the blisters appear on pancake.
- Flip the side and cook for another 1 minute. Remove on a serving plate.
- Similarly, repeat steps 4 to 7 to make remaining pancakes.
- Stack the pancakes one on other. Put a cube of butter on the pancakes.
- Put some banana slices and strawberry slices and blueberries.
- Drizzle with some maple syrup and serve the eggless pancakes hot with whipped cream.
