I would like to use this recipe as a base for parfait for lunch at work...and considering the ''consume immediately'' note. Please let know if any options to prepare it in the morning and consume it in the afternoon or after a couple of hours. Only option I could think of is...to mix the flax powder and honey first and add the curd just before consumption. Please, provide your insights and suggestions.

As an athlete and marathon runner, i love this curd based snack. I get protein from the curds and the correct fat and flax seeds are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. Toss in fruits like berries or apples or any thing with a low glycemic index to this to make a small meal out of it.
