Here, we have tried to avoid readymade mayonnaise and made an innovative alternative using curds as the main ingredient, flavoured with mustard powder and white pepper powder, and thickened with bread. For the bread mayonnaise
  1. Remove the crust from all the bread slices.
  2. Combine all the ingredients including the bread slices and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour. Keep aside.
How to proceed
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the prepared bread mayonnaise and toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.

Truly crunchy! The veggies and walnuts give a very good mouthfeel... the curd bread mayo perfectly perks up the flavour with the addition of pepper powder and mustard powder... quite filling and a very good option as a healthy snack too.
