1 cup deseeded and chopped orange
1 cup deseeded and sweet lime (mosambi)
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste
For Serving
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mix well and refrigerate to marinate for

Wow... a spicy sweet and sour salad, just tickles our taste buds. To serve it chilled is very immportant. The flavour of corainder is just the right amount in the salsa.
