    Method
  1. Combine the butter and brown sugar in a deep bowl and mix well using a spatula.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix very well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 7 equal portions and roll each portion into 75 mm. (3”) diameter circle.
  4. Place them at equal distances on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°c (320°f) for 20 minutes.
  5. Allow them to cool completely and store in an air-tight container.

These cookies taste outstanding... It is one of the best cookies i have ever had .. By the look and taste of the cookies, you cant make out it will be made at home.. It has various flavours blended togather.. Coconnut, orange and chocolate.. All three blend so well that you cant stop having these yummy cookies..
