Eggless chickpea waffle- To make the eggless chickpea waffles recipe, put the soaked and drained kabuli chana in a mixer jar and blend to a coarse paste.
- Transfer to a deep bowl. Add chopped mint leaves, semolina, urad dal flour, curd, chopped green chillies, crushed cumin seeds, salt and ½ cup of water. Mix well.
- Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Add more ½ cup of water and mix well.
