Main Ingredients
1 cup roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp tamarind (imli) pulp
2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Method
- 1. Combine all the ingredients along with ¼ cup of water and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste. Use as required. Store refrigerated.
