For baked rasgulla- To make baked rasgulla recipe, squeeze the excess sugar syrup from the rasgullas and place them in a baking tray.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add mawa and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add condensed milk, fresh cream and cardamom powder and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the mawa mixture over the arranged rasgullas and bake them in a pre-heated oven at 200° c (400° f) for 10 minutes on middle rack.
- Garnish with pistachio slivers and serve the baked rasgullas warm.
