Tovar dal and radish pressure cooked and then a dry powder of coconut and beaten rice are added. Spiced with chilli powder and sweetened with Jaggery.

Spicy moong dal makes a nice healthy zero oil dal. The moong dal has a nice soft mouth feel and there is a nice aroma of garlic.
