  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute potatoes for a while till soft. Keep aside.

  1. Heat a non stick pan, add condensed milk, milk and chocolate and mix well till smooth.
  2. Add the powdered biscuits and mix well.
  3. Serve piping hot with sauteed potatoes.
