Ingredients

6 leftover Chapatis
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) - green chilli paste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tbsp sour curds (dahi)
2 1/2 cups water
2 tsp oil
1 tsp chilli powder or more as required
a pinch of turmeric
coriander (dhania) leaves
salt according to taste
Method


  1. Cut rotis into medium pieces
  2. Make ginger,garlic,greenchilli & jeera''s paste
  3. Put oil in pan let it heat little add the paste don''t let it burn immediately add water.
  4. Add curd,salt,red chilli powder & haldi
  5. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes see that roti doen''t get dissolved its pieces must remain whole.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves. enjoy it hot.
