Amras is a lip smacking sweetened mango pulp recipe which is very popular in Maharashtra and Gujarat. The pulp of a ripe mango fruit is extracted and sweetened and then served with poories or as a dessert.

Ingredients

1/2 tin condensed milk
3 mangoes
1 cup milk
Method


  1. Peel mangoes and remove the pulp.
  2. Mash the pulp well with the hand or blend coarsely.
  3. Add condensed milk and cold milk. chill.
  4. Serve well chilled.
