Ingredients
2 cups grated watermelon
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
salt to taste
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
3-4 mint leaves (phudina)
crushed ice
Method
    Method
  1. Squeeze out water from the grated water melon, preserving the liquid and keep aside.
  2. Combine all the ingredients except crushed ice and blend using a hand blender till mixed well.
  3. Pour into individual serving glasses and serve chilled with ice.
