Fruit punch, every fruit has a distinct colour, flavour, nutritional benefit, and in total, what i would call the fruit’s ‘effect’. Nature has paid so much attention to creating them. Just that we do not pay enough attention to these natural treasures! here is a simple drink that combines so many fruits into it, that all their flavours come together to delight us! use your imagination in bringing together the right fruits – you can use 4 to 5 fruits of your choice in the same drink. As you select every fruit, recollect its texture and flavour and try to associate it with the other fruits to see how well it will combine. Glass used: pitcher

Method

  1. Combine the peaches, pineapple, apples, strawberries, watermelon and grapes along with 1½ cups of water and blend in a mixer till smooth. Strain the juice if desired.
  2. Transfer to a pitcher, add the cranberry juice and orange juice and mix well using a ladle. Serve immediately.
