1 cup cucumber cubes
1/2 cup sliced spring onions
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

i made this recipe as it looked and sounded very interesting... and i love soya sauce... so i decided to make it... however i added brown sugar instead of the sugar substitute as i didn't have any...also i added a few drops of sesame oil just to give it that nutty Asian flavor... and trust me on this... the taste was divine... Happy cooking...

This salad is really yummy...I am not really a salad person but when i tried this salad, I realised that salad can also taste good. This is definitely going to be my option when I want to eat light yet savour the taste. Highly recommended!
