Method- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a round dumpling.
- Arrange the dumplings on a greased sieve and steam in a steamer for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
