For soupy maggi noodles- To make soupy maggi, heat the olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and spring onions whites and greens and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the capsicum, carrot, broccoli, mushrooms and corn and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of hot water and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the maggi noodles, maggi tastemaker, and pepper powder and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve the soupy maggi immediately.
