One sniff of this aromatic juice is enough to set the senses in overdrive. Made out of a variety of fruits, it is the perfect way to make your day!


The soluble fibre found in pears and apples (mainly in the skin) together with the rich supply of natural sugars in grapes and natural healing enzyme 'bromelain' in pineapple - aids digestion and also provides instant energy. Vitamin C and flavonoids like 'quercetin' and 'catechins' found in grapes add to its cancer-fighting power.


Pair together with some simple foods like Cucumber Soya Pancake or Jowar Upma for a powerful breakfast combo.

Ingredients

Hopper Method
1 1/2 cups pear cubes (unpeeled and deseeded)
3/4 cup apple cubes (unpeeled and deseeded)
1/2 cup pineapple cubes
1/4 cup black grapes
crushed ice for serving

Juicer Method
1 1/2 cups pear cubes (unpeeled and deseeded)
3/4 cup apple cubes (unpeeled and deseeded)
1/2 cup pineapple cubes
1/4 cup black grapes
crushed ice for serving

Hopper method

    Hopper method
  1. Add the pear cubes, apple cubes, pineapple cubes and black grapes a few at a time in the hopper.
  2. Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
  3. Serve immediately.

Juicer method

    Juicer method
  1. Combine the pear cubes, apple cubes, pineapple cubes and black grapes along with ½ cup of water and blend in a juicer till smooth.
  2. Strain the juice using a strainer.
  3. Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
  4. Serve immediately.

pear apple and pineapple juice.. great combination of the fruits..which i loved the most.. these fruits mostly available in all seasons.. i can make this drink.. in any season..

Pineapple and black grapes though in small quantities give this juice distinct flavours. A good go for early morning.
