We are using Indori Potatoes to make this recipe. Potatoes grown in Indore are recognized as Indori potatoes which are sugar free potatoes. These potatoes are popularly used to make Chips and French fries. They are high in starch content and have least amount of moisture in them which make French fries very crispy. They look like normal potatoes but the peels of the potatoes are pinkish in color, that’s how you select potatoes for making Chips.
