Method

  1. Place a butter paper on a microwave safe plate and arrange ½ cup of the raw banana slices on it. Keep enough distance between the slices and do not overlap them.
  2. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, turning them thrice in between.
  3. Grease both your hands using ¼ tsp of oil, sprinkle rock salt and ½ tsp of pepper over the banana wafers and toss them well with your hands.
  4. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more batches.
  5. Cool completely and store in air-tight container.

Yeh ek any time khane wala snack hai. Kalimiri aur sendha/ kala namak ne tho kela wafer ka swadh me char chand laga diye!!!!
