6Makes 6 cupcakes
Method- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Spoon cupcake batter into cupcake mould until they are 2/3 full.
- Bake in a pre heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in the mould, then move to wire rack to cool completely.
