For Parsley Paneer Dip

 

    1. To make parsley paneer dip, first grate 1 cup of paneer in a mixer jar. Ensure that you use freshly made paneer. Click here to Learn how to make paneer step-by-step.  
    2. To this add ¼ cup of whisked curd. This will help in getting a smoother dip. 
    3. Add parsley. This is used to perk up the flavour of the paneer dip with herbs. You can replace the parsley with dill leaves or celery if you wish to. 
    4. Add milk to it. This will help in blending all the ingredients well. 
    5. Blend all the ingredients of parsley paneer dip till smooth. This is how it looks after blending. 
    6. Transfer the blended mixture of the dip into a deep bowl. 
    7. Add the oregano. You can use dried mixed herbs as an option.
    8. Add chilli flakes to make parsley paneer dip | herbed paneer dip | paneer dip with herbs | paneer dip with parsley |  slightly spicy.
    9. Add salt as per taste.
    10. Mix well using a spoon. 
    11. Refrigerate herbed paneer dip for atleast 1 hour.
    12. Serve parsley paneer dip | herbed paneer dip | paneer dip with herbs | paneer dip with parsley | chilled with cucumber and carrot sticks.

This is an awesome dip. Paneer goes well with parsley and dill to make a nice thick dip. Have it with cucumber or celery.

Yes, it''s true that most of the snacks is incomplete if it is not accompiangned with chutneys. Tarla Mam has provided so many vairieties on chutneys which is quick and simple to make without any hassle. I have tried making green chutney, tomatoes chutney, kajur-imli chutney, chilli garlic chutney, spicy hirva thecha, red garlic chutney. We have enjoyed Thecha with jowar bhakri for our yesterday dinner. Overall nice collection of chutneys, ideas and their related information.

Hi..I use to take coconut oil in my lunch time..by pouring up 1/2 tsp. In my pulses or vegetable I had...it helps me in digestion...reduce inflammation
