For Oat Milk With Honey
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- To make oat milk with honey, combine the oats, honey, vanilla extract or essence and 3 cups of water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Put the muslin cloth in a deep bowl and pour the oats milk over it.
- Lift the muslin cloth to form a money bag or pouch and press with your hand to extract the oats milk.
- Chill.
- Serve oat milk with honey immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge and use it within 2 days.

Perfect recipe for me as i am Lactose intolerant. The honey adds the sweetness to the oats and since i love oats, this recipe was perfect for me. Good for tops of 2 days.
