Main Ingredients
1 tbsp coffee powder
1 3/4 cups icing sugar
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
- Combine the coffee powder and 4 tbsp of warm water in a small bowl, mix well and keep aside.
- Sieve the icing sugar and cocoa powder in a deep bowl.
- Add the coffee mixture and mix very well.
- Use immediately.

Wow, Mocha glaze i love the strong flavor of the coffee, with a chocolaty taste to the glaze. I tried this on a chocolate sponge cake, as a desert for my guest, they fell in love with this glaze.
