1 cup puffed rice (kurmura)
1/4 cup roasted almonds (badam)
1/4 cup roasted pistachios
1/4 cup roasted cashew nut (kaju)
1/4 cup salted raw peanuts
1/4 cup grated jaggery (gur)
2 tsp honey
1 tsp ghee
Method
- Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add the jaggery and honey and cook on a very slow flame till the jaggery has just melted (approx. 2 to 3 minutes).
- Add the remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
- Serve hot.

This was a surprise. My kids loved it so much that they have taken the left overs in their lunch box the next day. Puffed rice sweetened by jaggery and honey and then coated with almonds and nuts. Taste awesome.
