Main Ingredients
1 cup cabbage , cut into 25 mm. (1?) cubes
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
salt to taste
Method
- Immerse the cabbage cubes in enough ice-cold water in a deep bowl for 1 hour.
- Drain, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Serve chilled.
