If you like chocolate sauce, you will like this even better. Fudge sauce is a nice and thick sauce made of chocolate and honey.
It can be made in advance and stocked in the refrigerator for use in recipe like Hot Fudge Sundae or just to pour over some crepes.
When you need to use the sauce, you can melt it in a Microwave or double boiler. This sauce is very easy to make and gets over easily too as it is so delicious.
Method- Combine the butter, sugar, ¼ cup of milk and ¼ cup of hot water in a saucepan and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes or till the sugar melts completely, while stirring continuously.
- Add the honey and chocolate, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till the chocolate melts completely, while stirring continuously.
- Cool slightly and add the vanilla essence and mix well.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container and use as required.
