Green tomatoes are blended with spring onions and garlic to provide the necessary flavours to make this healthy dip that is sure to be a hit when you're entertaining.
The addition of coriander adds further to its taste while providing Vitamins A and C . Enjoy this salsa with Baked Tortilla Chips or colourful Vegetable Crudités .
Main procedure- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and grind into a coarse mixture.
- Chill and serve with baked tortilla chips.
- If the tomatoes are really sharp, add ½ sachet of sugar substitute.
